The adversary has a goal for our lives, He wants to steal our hope and joy, He wants to make us so discouraged that we just quit and give it all up. He knows
That if we get discouraged and down. We will eventually settle for less than what God has for our future. From the field of dreams in Lompoc, California Napoleon Kaufman, seem to understand the player mentality at a young age during his Pop Warner years that would evolve to become that player in Christ.

Napoleon Kaufman in 1991 won a full scholarship to play football for the Huskies of The University of Washington. Upon finishing his senior year with the Huskies, the then two-time All-American and Heisman Trophy candidate became a first round draft pick for the Los Angeles Raiders. In 1994 Napoleon Kaufman began a professional football career that would span 6-years and would catapult him to elite status as a "Premier" NFL running back. The athletic superstar had made it to the big time and was living the "dream" of every young boy who had ever played the game of football. Sunday afternoons on the playing fields of the NFL did not hold the passion of Napoleon Kaufman for long however. In response to the call of God, Well Christian Community Church in Dublin, California, was birthed under the Spiritual covering of GateWate City Church in San Jose, California. The vision that God placed on the heart of Pastor Kaufman remains firmly rooted today as God continues to grow the ministry of The Well, both in breadth and depth.

As we applaud the results of God's calling for Pastor Napoleon Kaufman, the Raider Nation should put their hands together and give the Lord a standing ovation and congratulate #26 Pastor Napoleon for making a decision to live the life style of a Raider in Christ in which he stimulated a thirst for God among others in the Raider Family from players to fans it's a well deserved compliment that during his career that many would eventually recognize there was something special and different relating to Napoleon's walk in life? God has given him the opportunity to shine the light of the gospel to millions around the world through Well Christian Community Church in Dublin, California. The many Raider greats that have followed are Tyrone Wheatley, Steve Wisniewski and Robert Jenkins. A word to the Raider Nation, God is knocking at the door of your heart and he's preparing many House's of Worship to come and rest... The Well Church is one of many where many ex-Raiders worship almighty God they are blessed with a man that has a big heart along with his wife Nicole and family, get plugged Raider fans and make a difference in your community God also has a field of dreams in your neighborhood! The Holy Spirit is on the prowl seeking and destroying the works of the adversary in all corners of the Raider Nation giving everyone a chance to believe in the Son of God His name is "JESUS CHRIST!
